The service

Croqui is a shared canvas where people and AI agents design and annotate product screens. It is provided as is, and we may change or discontinue features with notice.

Accounts and teams

You are responsible for your account and for who you invite to your team. Team owners manage members, billing and deletion.

Billing

Paid plans are billed by Stripe in USD, monthly or yearly, per team. Trials convert only if you add a payment method. You can cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial periods unless required by law.

Your content

You keep all rights to what you and your agents create. You grant us only the license needed to store and display it to your team. Do not upload content you have no right to use.

Acceptable use

No abuse, scraping, reverse engineering of the service, or use of the agent API to harm others or overload the platform.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
